If you would like to experience what Montenegro offers including seeing some of the stunning nature, tourist attractions, what properties are available for your budget, and learning more about the legal procedure or buying process then one of our Inspection Trips is the best way to do it.

We offer a 4 day trip which includes:

• 3 night accommodation in one of our apartments
• Transfer to and from the airport
• Viewing of Beaches, infrastructure, local amenities & some tourist attractions
• Property observation trip across the coast of Montenegro
• Explanation of legal pertaining to the purchase of property in Montenegro

Every day your property manager will meet you at your accomodation and take you out across different areas of the coast, viewing the area, infrastructure, beaches & available properties so you can make an informed decision on which location would work best for you. At the end of each day, you will then be dropped back to your accomodation. You will of course be able to ask any questions you wish throughout the day, and view any additional properties if you have some in mind beforehand...

The price of €199.00 excludes food & beverages but breakfast can be arranged for a small additional cost.
